Flanges

A flange is an internal or exterior rib that joins pipes, valves, and other pieces of machinery to form the framework of a pipeline system. A flange, like the one on the end of a pipe, adds strength or allows for connection to another item. Flange joints are typically utilised when regular maintenance is required, such as at the joints of pipes, valves, and equipment.

Flanges Manufacturer

Bhansali Steel is a one of the top Flanges Manufacturer and Flanges Supplier in India. We supply high-quality Flanges to a variety of industries all around the world. We manufacture Flange in a variety of thicknesses, specifications, grades, and dimensions.

As a flange manufacturer in india we provide variety of flanges such as blind flange, weld neck flanges, slip-on flanges, threaded flanges, orifice flange and more flanges in grades, with ASTM, ASME, ANSI, UNS, DIN, and other standards.

Orifice Flange is a common form of pipe flange that accepts pipe into the bore/centre of the flange for welding around both the pipe's Outer Diameter (OD) and the connection's interior side. A pipeline's flow rate of oil, gas, and other liquids is measured using an orifice flange in conjunction with orifice metres.

A pipe is closed with a blind flange, also known as a "closing plate flange," at the end of a piping system. There is no flow through the flange since there is no centre hole. For isolating a pipe, valve, or pressure vessel, a blind flange may be utilised.

A screw thread is used to attach the threaded flange (also known as a "screwed flange") to a pipe. The pipe's end is given a male thread, and the flange's bore is given a female thread. This is relatively easy to fit but not suitable for high pressure and temperature.

A type of flange known as a weld neck flange, also known as a tapered hub flange or high-hub flange, may transfer stress to the pipes, assuring a reduction in the concentration of high stress at the bottom of the flange. These flanges, which are normally made of forging, are really joined to pipes by welding.

The slip-on flange can function effectively after it is connected to the end of a pipe or pipe fitting. The item can be readily inserted, or the end of the pipe can be simply repositioned by adding the thickness of the pipe. It enables simple installation without exertion or flange face damage. Using a fillet weld, the flange's outside side is joined.

Applications, and Uses of Flanges
