Electric vehicles are becoming more and more prevalent and tend to share some similarities with their combustion engine counterparts which are a trend that's sure to continue while they gain in popularity, but they do come with some important differences that car buyers, automakers and legislators should be made aware of.
Recently there has been some concern regarding the fires and explosions of devices with lithium ion batteries such as smartphones, laptops and hoverboards while they’re in use. In today’s devices, lithium batteries are a major safety concern.
