Reputed and reliable steel flanges manufacturer produce different types of flanges. Some of them are explained below;

Blind flange

This is a round plate with relevant bolt holes, but has no center hole, and due to this, the flange is used to close off the ends of piping systems and pressure vessel openings. This flange allows easy access to piping systems or vessels for inspection purposes.

Weld neck flange

It has a long tapered hub and is used for high pressure applications. Come in a design that can be joined to a piping system through bun welding. These types are perfect for high fluctuations of temperature and in settings where high pressure or high temperature has to be dealt with.

Slip-on-Flange

These flanges are easily welded and fitted into various types of pipes. As the name indicates, this flange is slipped over the pipe and then welded both inside and outside to give necessary strength and prevent leakage. These are perfect for low pressure applications.

Socket weld flange

These models are attached by placing the pipe into the socket end, so a smooth bore and better flow of the fluid or gas inside the pipe is made possible. These flanges are used for small sizes of high pressure pipes.

Threaded flange

These are similar to slip-on pipe flanges, only difference is the core of threaded pipe, which has tapered threads. These models are perfect for low pressure piping systems and are used with pipes that have external threads.  Important benefit of these flanges is that it can be fixed without welding.

Lap joint flange

These models slide over the pipe and are mainly used with stub end fittings. It has a pipe welded to the stub end and the flange can be freely rotated around the stub end. These flanges are mainly used for applications that need frequent dismantling.

Orifice flange

These models are substituted for standard pipe flanges when an orifice plate or flow nozzle has to be installed.
