  • Institutional customers can promote events through the in-app messaging functionality, provide 24x7 customer support and proactively resolve complaints. This may help improve user engagement, boost accountability, and increase institutional transparency.

  • User data are stored on servers/cloud space procured in the institution's name, all of which are secured with robust security features. Members will sign into the app by following a method of two-factor authentication to ensure full privacy.

  • The myApps suite is compatible across platforms. That is, it can be used on both the Android and iOS phones.

  • MyApps comes with an integrated payment gateway that provides multiple payment options for App users such as Debit Cards, Credit Cards, NetBanking, Wallets etc.


The built-in dashboard feature of myApps accessible on the web admin platform enables organizations to view information on real-time payment and usage of facilities. It can generate membership push notifications, and even has an integrated chat option.
