Magnus Scherr was born and raised in Munich, the Capital of Bavaria, which is world-famous for the Oktoberfest. The Chef developed his interest in cuisine at an early age and got rich experience over the last 20 years in the industry. He worked at many hotels and restaurants all over the Asia Pacific region and was a vital part of several openings.

In Germany, bread is not just food – it is part of the culture. More than 300 different types of breads and a variety of more than 1200 pastries made in Germany. Bread is the basis of morning and evening meals.
We at Mahlzeit Café serve fresh baked German bread, Bavarian pretzels but also Bagels and Donuts from America or Croissants from France. From 8.00am in the morning until 10.00pm. Seven days a week.
