• All title documents of land holder
• Joint development contract, GPA and sharing between builder and land owner
• A copy of all enrolled past contracts
• Records of Rights and Tenancy Corps
• Conversion Order issued by the concerned authority
• Photocopy of Society share certificate and Society registration certificate
• Power of attorney if any

After getting all the property documents mentioned above are it is confirmed that the seller is the real property holder and the documents were genuine, hereafter no fake arrangements.
