I am a member of a Cyber Security firm who is majorly dealing into Security testing vertical, Cyber crime consultancy vertical and training. Here we will talk about the training vertical only.

Well among all of the domains, I found this as the toughest one as somehow, we are offering students to rely on us for the skills and they are planning to develop their careers through us. Some of the students are beginners, some are intermediate and some needed only direction. I think the toughest task is to maintain a coordination between these students.

So I can say that training is a team effort, without this team it won't be possible to run it successfully. We are taking responsibilities only on the behalf of our training team and they always make us proud too.

As per my experience, if you serve the quality to the students, they will fetch you more business. So if you are working into any kind of training team, the only thing you need to understand is to maintain the quality and results of it.

Secondly, the delivery of the content should vary as per the student requirement as we are having a bunch of undernourished flowers.
