If you love culture, scenery, history mixed with wildlife and opportunities, then Ecuador could be your one stop destination. You can explore a huge amount in a week, but Ecuador has more than enough to keep you captivated for 3 weeks and more if you’ve the time. Below mentioned are few places in Ecuador that you should explore during your vacation:

Quito:

Quito is the most enthralling city in the entire Andes. Its location is amazing, it’s steeped in culture and history, and it’s a lively and alluring modern city as well. Spend at least 2 days in Quito to explore the town, tour some of its museums, art galleries and archaeological collections, and soak up the ambiance. There’re also side trips to the equator monument which spans the line, to the bird-rich cloud jungles of Mindo, to the volcanoes, and to newly founded temples of Quito’s ancient folks

The Amazon:

If you love extreme adventure, then Ecuador Amazon Adventure Tours must include in your itinerary. The Amazon jungle rich in wild life is the ultimate heaven for the tourists. You will see far more here than further down the river where it turns out to be mightier & mightier. To include a tour to the Amazon in your Ecuador vacation just grab a short flight from Quito, take a quick boat along the Napo River and you’ve an option of 3 superb lodges: La Selva, Sacha Lodge and Napo Wildlife Centre – each providing a slightly diverse take on the wildlife experience of this exceptional area. There is a fascinating river-boat cruise as well.

The Avenue of the Volcanoes:

This part of the Andes is still developing, pushing uphill along its length and bursting into sequences of volcanoes either side of a long valley. Close by the city is Cotopaxi, a horizontal cone rising on top of the snowline above high open moorlands. You can stay here in respected haciendas that eked out a living from cattle & llamas, now complemented with lodging for tourists drawn by superb walking & horseback riding warmed by lively meals & log fires in the Andean air.

Guayaquil and the Coast:

Ecuador’s 2nd city, Guayaquil is a wealthy port. Amble along is momentous waterfront, which has been innovatively restored & upgraded, then mount the narrow streets amongst the colorful small houses on Santa Ana Hill. There is a great sight from the summit. You will also discover river trips, wildlife tours into mangroves, and city tours to discover Guayaquil's colorful past.

Many renowned tour operators offering “Galapagos Last Minutes Deals” that you should take advantage of.
