Different Types of Round Bars

Inconel 625 Round Bar: The use of Inconel 625 Round Bar in pressure vessels rated for 525°C operation is approved. Brittle phases may form in Incoloy 625 as temperatures reach over 540°C. Because of this, it is not usually used in applications where creep rupture characteristics of the alloy would be a design factor at these or higher temperatures.

Inconel 718 Round Bar: The use of Inconel 718 Round Bar in pressure vessels rated for 525°C operation is approved. Brittle phases may form in Incoloy 718 as temperatures reach over 540°C. Because of this, it is not usually used in applications where creep rupture characteristics of the alloy would be a design factor at these or higher temperatures.

Alloy A286 Round Bar: The high tensile strength, corrosion resistance to 1300 degrees Fahrenheit (704 degrees Celsius), and oxidation resistance to 1800 degrees Fahrenheit (982 degrees Celsius) of Alloy A286 Round Bar are all present. We are a top manufacturer of round bars made of alloy A286.

Inconel 825 Round Bar: Inconel 825 Round Bar has been approved for use in pressure vessels with a 525°C operating temperature. Brittle phases may form in Incoloy 825 when temperatures reach over 540°C. Because of this, it is not usually used in applications where creep rupture characteristics of the alloy would be a design factor at these or higher temperatures.

Monel 400 Round Bar: Monel 400 Round Bar's excellent alkalinity and corrosion resistance are the primary reasons for its popularity in the chemical processing and maritime sectors. Usually, the composition of the nickel and copper Monel 400 Round Bar is 67 per cent nickel and 33 per cent copper.
